To register for a Cuba adventure please complete the following steps:

- Pay the Deposit as instructed in the Payment sections below
- Scan and email us a copy of your valid Passport
Your space will be reserved only upon completion of the registration process.
Deposits: A minimum deposit per person is due at the time of registration, no later than 90 days prior to the departure date. Deposit amounts are as follows:
Classic Cuba - $950
Heart of Cuba - $600
Dance Cuba - $675
Payments: Partial payments may be made at anytime. Payment in full is due no later than 90 days prior to the departure date. A participant's reservation may be canceled by Capturing Cuba, LLC if full payment has not been received by this date.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
Payments can be made by cash, personal check, cashier's check, money order, or credit card. Electronic bank checks or transfers will not be accepted. Secure credit card payments can be made over the phone by calling 1-773-225-0725. Please note that all credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee. All cancellations must be provided in writing. Per person refund amounts are determined by the number of days prior to the departure date on which cancellation notices are received:
120+ Days: All monies paid less a $350 administrative fee.
91-120 Days: All monies paid less 100% of the required deposit.
61-90 Days: 50% of the retail price of the adventure, less any promotional rates or discounts received.
0-60 Days: No Refunds. 100% of all monies paid are forfeited.
UNUSED SERVICES & REFUNDS
No refunds or adjustments can be made for any portion of the services not used such as voluntary non-usage of nightly accommodations, scheduled meals, or any planned activity described in your itinerary. This policy also applies to late arrivals and early departures.
