To participate in a Classic Cuba adventure click on the button below and complete the online registration form. We ask that you carefully read the Terms & Conditions page before submitting your form. Once submitted please send a scan of your valid passport via email and make the required deposit as defined in the Payment Info section listed below. Your reservation will be guaranteed only upon receipt of these items.
Classic Cuba: A deposit of $1000 for per person is due no later than 90 days prior to the departure date. Heart of Cuba: A deposit of $675 for per person is due no later than 90 days prior to the departure date. All Adventures: Final payment is due no later than 60 days prior to the departure date. A participant's reservation may be canceled by Capturing Cuba, LLC if full payment has not been received by this date.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
Payments can be made by cash, personal check, cashier's check, money order, or credit card. Electronic bank checks or transfers will not be accepted. Please note that credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee. Checks and money orders should be made out to:

Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to the departure date will receive a 100% refund on any monies paid, less the minimum required deposit. Cancellations made 61-90 days prior to the departure date will will forfeit 50% of the adventure price. Cancellations made 60 days or less than the departure date are not eligible for any refunds and therefore forfeit 100% of the adventure price. All cancellations must be provided in writing. UNUSED SERVICES & REFUNDS
No refunds or adjustments can be made for any portion of the services not used such as voluntary non-usage of nightly accommodations, scheduled meals, or any planned activity described in your itinerary.
